    At TheLipSync.com TheLipSync.com, we always aim to provide the best possible experience for our users. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased paid version, you can request a cancellation and refund as per the terms below.

    1. Cancellation & Refund Terms

    • We only offer digital products (no physical goods). For details on our delivery timelines, please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
    • If you are not satisfied with the paid version you purchased, you can request a cancellation and refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
    • After 7 days from purchase, no refund requests will be accepted.

    2. How to Request a Refund

    • Please include your purchase details such as:
      • Name
      • Email used for purchase
      • Transaction ID/order ID
      • Reason for refund request

    3. Refund Process

    • Once we receive your request, we will verify it and process your refund in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
    • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method used during the purchase.
    • Processing time: 2 to 10 working days (depending on your bank or payment provider) .

    4. Notes

    • This policy applies only to paid versions; our free version is not eligible for refunds.
    • We do not charge any refund processing fees, but any bank or gateway charges applied at the time of payment may be non-refundable.
